Quantico - Prep Cook - Stocker II 
(Full Time / 40 hrs, hourly Position)

Position Overview:

JMG Enterprise, LLC is seeking (1) Full-time Prep Cook - Stocker II to support daily operations at one of our Quantico Cafe locations, Monday through Friday with a starting rate of $17.00 per hour, paid holidays, and one week vacation time earned for first year.

JMG is a vending and food service company, based in Prince William County. JMG is dedicated to efficiency, service, and quality through our phenomenal staff who provide food and beverage solutions for private agencies /organizations.

Location: Quantico, VA

Shift: Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (40 hours per week)

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour, with rate assessment at 90 day mark

Main Duties:

• Preparing and assembling ingredients for hot foods, cold toppings, and hot/cold beverages, according to recipe cards
• Replenishing line / stocking inventory and supplies and reporting when inventory items are low
• Keeping work area clean and supplies & station sanitized to proper food safety standards
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the customer checkout area, hot beverage machine, shelf food display cases, and coolers
• Maintaining temperature control, maintenance, and inventory records
• Assisting lead Prep Cook with duties as needed

Qualifications:
-Effective communicator
-Excellent customer service
-Ability to work well with others
-Ability to maintain food service and kitchen safety standards by certification and/or demonstration
- 2 years of food service experience
- At least a GED or HS diploma is preferred
- Basic technology/computer skills to work iPad/POS system
*SERV Safe Certification and/or commercial cleaning standards exp. not required but highly preferred

Requirements:
- Be physically able to bend, reach, and lift 30 lbs without assistance
- At least 2 years of consistent work history
- Be authorized to work in the US and successfully pass a Federal Background Check
- Have reliable transportation - there is no public transportation available at this site
- Be punctual and able to work both collaboratively and independently
- Be honest and reliable
